  • All purchases are paid in full at the time of booking.
  • All sales are final and not eligible for return or refund.
  • All appointments require 24 hr notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to adhere to the stated time frame may result in the booking being considered forfeited, and you will be charged the full amount. We will happily reschedule your appointment if you contact us with 24 hr notice.
  • If you need to cancel a pre-purchased package(s), you won’t receive a refund but you will have a credit for the full amount you paid in your account provided you adhere to the cancellation policy.
  • All our services at Milele Body Treatment Spa are specialty services. This means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Keeping time is therefore crucial. Please be courteous and contact us if you’re unable to make it on time.
  • If you are 15 min late or more for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment or 15 minutes may be deducted from your scheduled time. This is because being late can disrupt the schedule of other patients and providers.
  • A single session or packages are purchased for use at Milele Body Treatment Spa, not for the individual service provider though we make every effort to accommodate your preference with provider of your choice.
  • Should a service provider leave Milele Body Treatment or be unavailable, any remaining purchased package(s) will NOT be refunded. Instead, we will schedule your session with another service provider or reschedule the service with your initial preferred provider upon their return.
  • All service (s), package(s) purchased by a client must be used by the purchaser and cannot be transferred to a different individual. This is because health information is collected at the initial booking to determine if a client is eligible for our services.
  • Personal Property Disclaimer Policy

At Milele, we strive to create a safe, secure, and relaxing environment for all clients. However, please be advised of the following:

Milele is not responsible for any misplaced, lost, or damaged personal property while on the premises.

Clients are encouraged to keep all valuables with them or leave them at home. This includes, but is not limited to, jewelry, electronics, cash, clothing, and personal accessories.

  • Service Interruption Policy

I understand that if I choose to discontinue a service for any reason after it has begun, I will be responsible for the full cost of the service. No partial charges, credits, or refunds will be issued in such cases.

  • Spa Package Policy: In-Salon vs. In-House (Mobile Service) Lymphatic Packages

To ensure clarity and maintain the quality of our services, the following policy applies to all spa package purchases:

1.Package Specificity:
Our spa offers two distinct types of packages:

  • In-Salon Spa Packages: Services performed at our salon location.
  • In-House Lymphatic Packages: Mobile services provided at the client’s residence.

2. Non-Transferable & Non-Interchangeable:
Once a package has been purchased, it
cannot be exchanged or switched between in-salon and in-house options. Each package is designed specifically for its setting and service structure.

3. No Refunds or Substitutions:
All package sales are
final. Substitutions, credit transfers, or refunds are not permitted due to scheduling, staffing, and logistical considerations.

3. Customer Responsibility:
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they are selecting the correct package type at the time of purchase. If you are uncertain about which package best suits your needs, please consult with a team member
before completing your purchase.


Weather

  • We value our clients and would want you to remain safe, especially in the event of severe weather. Milele Body Treatment Spa honors Delaware state weather closings.
  • If the weather appears questionable where you are or is forecasted to be a bit tricky, please make sure to allow yourself enough time to complete your drive to Milele Body Treatment Spa.
  • If you are not comfortable driving in those types of conditions, please be sure to call us. We will happily reschedule your appointment. Please contact us with 24 hr notice. 
  • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best service experience possible.
